Come Home to Yourself
Counselling to help you reclaim your wisdom, power, and ancestral wealth.
Youβve always known how to survive β but survival has come at a cost.
Holding it all. Shrinking parts of yourself, your culture, your identity. Feeling like the world wasnβt made for your body, your rhythm, your story.
Now, youβre ready for something more.
A deeper exhale.
A space to be held, not just to be strong.
A place where your culture doesnβt need explaining and your healing doesnβt ask you to leave parts of yourself behind.
This is that space

What This Work Feels Like:
Finally being seen in your fullness, without needing to perform strength
Coming home to parts of yourself that were buried or silenced
Grieving things you didnβt know you were carrying
Reconnecting to your body as a site of wisdomβnot just pain
Feeling gently held, without pressure to be βhealedβ by a certain time
You donβt need to know the language of healing.
Youβve lived itβin your body, your silence, your survival.
Iβm Ashleyβa trauma-informed counsellor and embodied healing practitioner of Fijian-Indian descent. I support people of colour to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, ancestral wisdom, and inner knowingβso they can live in a way that truly supports them.
My work honours both science and spirit, weaving nervous system science with Eastern wisdom Iβve grown up withβTantra Yoga, Sound Healing, and the 8-limbed path of Yoga.
Itβs healing that is practical, embodied, sacred, and culturally resonant.

βI feel like we're finally realising that self care is more than just face masks. So I really love being able to learn and be guided through these grounding and embodiment practices that I can then take off the mat and into my life.β

βNot all therapists understand the challenges of growing up in a South Asian family. Being a daughter, granddaughter, niece and aunt in these families is harder for some than others. Thank you for illuminating the pathway where we can all feel love, connection and true joy in being ourselvesβ
